INSTALLATION
The office staff will contact you a few days in advance to arrange a mutually-convenient start- date. Our workers normally arrive on site between 8 and 9 am, depending on the distance being travelled and the amount of loading-up to be done.
Usually, our workers install doors and windows starting from the top and progressing to the bottom of the property. Our staff will be happy to advise you which rooms will be worked on first.
We do ask our customers to remove smaller items from the work area. Our workers will gladly help with the moving of larger items, such as beds or cupboards, if necessary.
Our workers cover their working areas (and approaches) with dustsheets, remove old windows, install new ones and clear-up the room afterwards. At the end of the day, they will advise you of the schedule for the following day.
After the job is completed, the workers will be expected to collect from you the outstanding balance in the form of a cheque (providing, of course, you are happy with the installation). A Fensa Certificate and a guarantee will be posted to you within a few days.
